She has documented 59 species of bird and
over 25 species of butterfly in her yard,
which is registered with the
National Wildlife Federation
Backyard Habitat Program.

While recovering from a lengthy illness,
the sights she photographed from her windows inspired her to
overcome her physical limitations. More than anything she wanted
to share that inspiration.  She began her card business,
“Today, Out My Window” and reached out to others
who also found comfort in her wildlife portraits.

She is a life long resident of Benton County and lives in Boswell, Indiana.

She has been active in Indiana wildlife studies, fine art and the art of
photography for more than 30 years.
